Ferrari part number 141820 is an overflow hose that connects the coolant reservoir to the radiator. It allows coolant to flow from the reservoir back to the radiator when the coolant level in the reservoir gets too high. This prevents the coolant from overflowing and causing damage to the engine.

The hose is made of rubber and has a plastic fitting on each end. The fitting on the reservoir end has a small hole in it to allow air to escape as the coolant flows back into the radiator. The fitting on the radiator end has a barb that fits into a hole in the radiator.
